What is the punishment for driving a car with its license plate covered?
Answer: ① Imprisonment of up to 1 year or a criminal fine of up to 10 million won
No one may cover a registration plate or make it hard to read, or drive such a car. Doing so is punishable by up to 1 year's imprisonment or a fine of up to 10 million won. [Motor Vehicle Management Act, Arts. 10(5) & 81]
