The sign shows personal mobility device parking. At a mayor's request, the Commissioner of the Metropolitan/Provincial Police Agency may use such a sign to let bicycles and PMDs stop or park in some normally banned spots (near bus stops, on sidewalks, in children's protection zones), but never within 5 m of firefighting water facilities.
